Getting excited about wanting to add lots of cool features but it was not feasible with timeline and capacity. Defeats the purpose of creating a minimal viable product that can ship quickly. A lot of initial ideas ended up being scrapped

Working in an agile environment and having weekly sprints was great for learning time and project management

Making mistakes was encouraged as we worked together as a team to overcome roadblocks

Ability to multi-task and own the entire design process helps build up skills, confidence and accountability
